Beau Martonik

Beau grew up in Elk County, Pennsylvania in the heart of the Allegheny National Forest. With a strong family of bow hunters, Beau started at a very young age taking part in archery competitions, and learning how to hunt from his father. Growing up in a small town, he spent all of his spare time in the Appalachian Mountains - hunting, fishing, camping, and hiking. His passion and drive to succeed in bow hunting the big woods on public land has led to many opportunities to harvest mature "mountain bucks". Beau also enjoys fitness related activities (weight training, mountain biking, running and pure strength workouts), which he correlates to improved odds while hunting and overall health. Most recently, his career as an Environmental, Health and Safety Engineer has taken him to the Pittsburgh area, where he also works closely with Bucks & Bows Archery. In addition, his love for the mountains has driven him to hunt the backcountry in the westerns states for Elk and Mule Deer. Beau is driven by adventure and the satisfaction of being successful on public land DIY hunts.
